Bulk Carriers Division

As of 1st Jul. 2010, we operate 62 bulk carriers for worldwide trading with Cape size, Panamax, Handymax and Handy size bulk carriers. Cape size vessels are mainly employed in transporting iron ore and coal under long terms contracts of affreightment with major Japanese, European steel mills and Australian mining companies. Panamax size vessels are also transporting coal, grain and iron ore and other bulk cargoes. Handymax and Handy size vessels are mainly engaged in carrying bauxite, alumina, grain, coal, cement, salt for global services and we are proud of being one of the largest dry bulk operator in Handymax-Handy size sector. We also have a new building program of these bulk carriers totaling 32 vessels with delivery up to the beginning of 2014 so as to expand our fleet of bulk carriers.
Open Hatch Box shape Carriers Division

Open Hatch Box Shape Carriers are built suitable for carriage of break bulk cargo like forest products, paper rolls,wood pulp, alumi ingots, steel products, bagged rice etc. As of 1st Jul.  2010, we operate a fleet of 30 Box shaped Carriers (Fitted with Jib-Cranes) consisting of 10 of 50,000 dwt and 4 of 42,000 dwt (Both type vessels have an 8 hold / 8 hatch configuration which allows us to tailor-stowage plans to the specific needs of our customers) also 9 of 28,000 dwt and 7 of 33,000 dwt (Both type vessels have a 5 hold / 5 hatch configuration and fitted with log stanchions) for the carriage of those high value added cargo mainly from West Coast North America to Middle East but also from Brazil to East Asia on a semi liner basis being one of the world largest break bulk operators. We also have a new building program of Box shaped Carriers totaling 6 ships with delivery up to the year 2013 so as to enhance our strength in this sector.

Tankers Division

As of 1st Jul. 2010, we operate 57 Tankers consisting of 3 VLCC, 7 Suezmax, 27 Aframax, 5 Panamax Tanker 8 LR1 Product Carriers and 7 MR. Our clientele is extensive and includes all of the major International Oil and Oil Trading Companies. In the coming period 2010 - 2012, Tanker fleet will be expanded with addition of new buildings consisting of 1 VLCC, 5 Suezmax and 4 Chemical Tankers in order to meet the market demand in very near future.
L.P.G. Carriers Division

As of 1st Jul. 2010,@we operate a total of 8 vessels consisting of 6 units of very large LPG carriers and 2 units of 35,000 Cub.M Ammonia/LPG carriers. All these vessels are employed worldwide under long term contracts with major trading house, Oil companies and Gas companies. Our LPG fleet will be expanded with addition of 2 units of 80,000 Cub.M LPG Carriers in 2012 and 2013.
Offshore Division

We re-entered ''Offshore-Shipping'' in January, 2006. We operate Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessels(AHTS) which are Dual-purpose tug designed for rig anchor-handling and offshore supply, Platform Supply Vessels(PSV) which are used for offshore supply vessel and/or pipe carrier with North Sea design, and Support Maintenance Vessel(SMV) which are primarily designed for supporting Remote Operated Vehicles(R.O.V.) submersibles in the context of offshore oil and gas exploration including checking underwater pipe line. As of 1st Jul. 2010, we operate a total of 37 vessels (29 AHTS, 7 PSV and 1 SMV) . Between 2010 and 2012, 12 newbuilding vessels will be delivered resulting into a total of 49 vessels by 2012. With continued strong growth in offshore oil and gas exploration and development, all vessels will be long-chartered out to International Major Oil companies including offshore, marine and underwater engineering companies. We will keep upgrade and expand offshore fleet and will establish this segment to be one of core-business in the company.
