The Sanko Steamship Co., Ltd. was established in 1934 as an operator of Japanese coastal shipping service and coastwise trade routes of Japan-Korea and China. During 1960s, we built up large crude oil tanker fleet and expanded our business field as tramper. Today, Sanko is focusing on the dry cargo shipping as a tramper, fully supported by in-house management department. 

As for our global operations, in the Philippines, Fil-Star Maritime Corporation provides crew management services both for our owned tonnages and third parties.  Cascade Marine Agencies, Ltd. offers ship agency services at Portland, Oregon in U.S.A. To meet various needs from clients, we are continuously developing global shipping services.
